What you can expect:

First consultation
Your experience with DJ Louie Productions begins with your initial consultation. This first meeting is spent answering the many important questions you may have regarding the preparation and execution of your event. We ask questions and listen to your dreams and visions, then present creative answers and honest suggestions from our years of experience on how to make your dreams of a perfect event a reality. By the time your first consultation is over, you will have a clearer vision of your goals. You will have a better understanding of the entertainment industry, how it affects you and how you can go about finding the right DJ/Entertainer to fit into your special day. Your complete satisfaction is our first concern.

Final Consultation
When you sign a contract with us, you’re not only becoming our client, but you are now part of the DJ Louie Productions family. Let our full time staff answer all your questions or concerns as many times you need us to. We recommend that you make an appointment to meet with your entertainer 2 weeks before the wedding for a final consultation. We will discuss your likes and dislikes, bridal introductions, special dances, and any music requests that you may have. We will use this information and our professional experience and judgment to put your wedding into a unique class of its own.

Day of the Event/Your Event
We arrive well ahead of your guests to make sure that the entertainment is set and ready to go. As you and your guests arrive, the hours and hours of preparation are evident. With every detail we attend to, many more will go unnoticed making sure you can relax stress-free and enjoy your magical night. You will notice, as will others, that our approach is designed to engage ALL ages with the class and style of a true professional. As your event progresses, you will see our years of experience are truly an asset as our creativity, taste and attention to detail help define a successful affair.

Quinceañeras
A Quinceañera is a very special occasion. In addition to the normal requirements of a party, A Quinceañera also carries some very unique demands and requirements. The Presentation, Dances, Changing of The Shoes, Exchange of Gifts (doll, etc), and getting both kids and adults to intermingle, are only perfected through experience and old fashioned hard work. We take pride in the level and quality of service we provide. Don't trust these special occasions to just anybody, put them into the hands of the experts.

Sweet 16s

We'll draw on our lengthy experience in the corporate world to help you organize the picnic or holiday party that everyone will be talking about during their coffee breaks.
